Good sturdy construction. Smaller than I was expecting, though. I found this table listed, and given I have an 8yr old and a 4yr old, I thought I’d take a stab at this, because the age range was from 3-8. So I got it in, and put it together tonight. When I took it out of the box, I was surprised that the wood used was fairly high quality. A lot of things like this I’ve put together were made out of particleboard, or some other weak kind of wood. A high end table set that runs a tad small… I snatched this up the minute I saw it because it just looked like the perfect craft table for my kids. I have a six year-old who is just starting 1st Grade and a three year-old who is getting in the swing of learning thanks to her big sister. I wanted a nice table they could sit at and draw and color and paste and cut and do all those awesome things they want to do and move that mess off of my dinner table.
