Unacceptable Product Quality and POOR Vendor Response. I ordered two sets of chairs (a total of four chairs). I only opened one box and assembled one chair and quickly realized that the chairs looked fine from a distance but not not on closer inspection. Once I got past the basic look of them when assembled, I noticed that the fittings between all the pieces was excessively large and tolerances were sloppy. That makes assembly easy, but it also makes longevity of the chair questionable. Furthermore, the chair had a significant wobble… all four…
Nice chairs, but not for the feeble Chairs arrived quickly (ordered 1-7, received 1-10!), and were double-boxed for their protection. All pieces intact, included, and in excellent condition. Color seems slightly darker than pictured on my computer screen. Chairs seem sturdy and fairly well made/finished.BUT — difficult to assemble, as is MOST RTA furniture. If you’re older, have arthritis, and no one to assist you, putting these together can be a pain (literally). I don’t know WHAT kind of wood product RTA…
Excellent chairs. Easy assembly. Don’t listen to the whiners. If you are 80 years old and your knuckles are swollen then you have no business putting chairs together anyway. So don’t leave a bad review because you couldn’t use an Allen key.The chairs were easy to put together. My 10 year old son helped. I used a small battery powered DeWalt with a hex bit and a Phillips bit. Put some gorilla wood glue in the holes before you put the pieces together.
