Not satisfied with the product. The company takes very long to ship the product which does not match Amazon standards. The product arrived with poor packaging and incomplete hardware. The hardware took another week to be shipped. Coming to the chair itself, the chair appears good and is comfortable to sit on, for some time. The legs of the chair are wobbly and have to be tightened every few hours. The legs have a wooden finish but are in fact metal. Overall the finishing and delivery facilities can be improved. Cheaply made thus the cheap prices Poorly designed, as legs, the most important part of a chair, are not sturdy. I ordered six, and four came with defects. Defects included loose threads, uneven and scraped up legs that rocked back and forth, and discoloration of fabric. So, I exchanged only three of the worst ones, due to the fact that it was difficult to send back to the company from the bulkiness and size of items.
