Really nice chairs. Lousy service! Chairs arrived….finally. And they’re really nice too-and the price was good. BUT…the order took forever to arrive, so long in fact, that Amazon emailed and asked if we wanted to cancel because after a week Visiondecor hadn’t even confirmed the order. I looked up Visiondecor and I tried calling their customer service, but you just get a recording that says that they are unable to talk to you, and that the only way to reach them is through email. Great chairs but two minor issues, see below. The dining chairs came a day later than the arrival date, not a big deal at all. It took me a long time to put the first chair together. Make sure you center the front legs so that the seat cushion has the perfect angels for assembly. The second chair took half the time. They are very comfortable and the seat height is perfect for my dining table. =) That was very important to me. I love the colors as well. Also, I was quite surprised that it slides smoothly on my hardwood.Two…
